    Nice to see you posting again Artic. Looks like Carole is still sick pure thing.
    I went to two yoga classes yesterday. It was nice. Also did some lifting.

          I'm going to bow out of this challenge until the first of the month. I've been sick almost 2 weeks and my strength isn't good enough to doany heavy exercising. Thanks -- I'll sign up for November.

                        OK I have done my circuit today. I had a strong day.
                        Did yoga class too. Some people in yoga class barely bothered to lift their arms I thought. Obviously my problem was that I did not concentrate on my breathing and was watching the room. Bad stuff.
