Yeah, here in the PRC there is no family or distractions or car to make it easy to bail on my exercise. LOL
Today 30 mins weights and strength
Ski sits one set of 30
Shoulder Arnold presses 3 sets 15
Shoulder Upright row 3
Biceps Defining curls 3
Triceps DB Kickbacks 3
20 mins pilates and that was all I could do today and 10 mins stretching.
Going to be a slow road back...
60/480 weights 30/600 pilates/flexibility work. Its a start.
