    Didn't intend to do pushups today, but was so close to goal I wanted to go ahead and knock that out. Woohoo! Should be able to get a few more by the 31st, then on to November...

                      Well today was my "test" day. I could do 5 half pushups guy style with good Navy Seal form. But I couldnt go down all the way and come back up. SO I am moving to step push ups instead of the knee ones. I do as many as I can at the 30 degree angle (3rd step) then move up to the 45 degree angle (fourth step) to finish off. But I swear I am going to get there. The goal is 20 guy style- head and back straight- and smooth as silk.

                        I would think with doing over 1200 a month, it surely can't take too long to get there China, LOL!
