                          OK, I just have to say this -

                          DAMN, IT'S WORKING! LOL! Even after all these years of not doing much of any exercise at all.

                          So yesterday I was in the bedroom, in front of a mirror but not really looking at myself, just happened to be where I was standing. I was stretching/yawning and happened to glance up and saw my pec muscles roll upwards about 4 inches. I was SO EXCITED that for one, I had lost enough fat at this point that I could actually SEE muscles moving like that, and two, that I actually HAD MUSCLES THERE that would roll like that when I worked them. In fact, I was so excited, I stood there in front of the mirror like I had achieved bodybuilder status and repeated it over and over for 2 or 3 minutes and observed it from the front and sides so it could sink in, LOL!
