        I can really see my shoulder starting to show more definition (Its the only spot on my body where the fat doesn't obscure the muscle) and my form continues to improve. Today included 30 decline push ups again. They are the worst.

          I'm not tempting fate quite yet with decline pushups - fear of a broken nose, LOL! I did put another twist on them tonight though... a cat we are fostering decided my pushup time was a great occasion to twirl himself around my face and hands and get some extra attention. Nothing like trying to knock out some pushups and not squash your foster critter in the process while a fluffy cat tail is twitching all around your nose and he is braiding himself around your increasingly wobbly arms.

              I'm trying to get back in the grove but it is still a little hard to breath from the cold I caught right after my stomach issues. I got 100 more over the past couple of days.

              This is why I tend to trick my workout buddy into another room and then run out and close the door. I love him but when I am doing push-ups it really isn't the time to head-butt me (even though I am doing the head-butting :P, yeah he is lazy).

                  Remember--they are declines BUT still on knees. Its not that impressive. When I can do 120 regular pushups for my sets THEN I will have something to talk about!
