              I should be posting today but I am going to skip a day to get my exercise schedule synched. I want to lift M-W-F and do push ups on the same day, then cardio and flexibility on T-T and one Interval workout on Sat or Sun, with the other day being a full day off.

                          Its the Perfect Push Ups program (I got mine at Walmart). It really works and isnt that hard. I am still doing knee push ups. My big butt drags me down too much for regular ones now. But I will get there!
