        Okay for those of you who have been doing this a couple of months, what changes do you see? I know my abs are definitely stronger because of the push ups, especially as my form has gotten better. I can feel my pecs are firmer and my shoulders are more defined and look much better. I have about 3 months of push ups under my belt and started on my knees, am now on the stairs. So if you are just starting, hang in there. You will get better at form and they do (eventually) get easier. It will make a difference if you keep it up.

          At the start of last month, I struggled to do 30. Now I do 60 per session and it is hard, those last few, but I can do it. I noticed being able to see my pec muscles roll towards the end of last month. About that time, I started varying my hand width to work other parts of my shoulders/arms as well. Earlier this week, I turned my head backwards to look at something, had my arm propped up, and noticed my triceps actually have some shape and curve to them that wasn't there before. I also noticed in a mirror the other day when I was reaching for something in the cabinet that I can finally see some definition between muscles across the top and outer edges of my shoulders. My biceps are definitely bigger. I do lots of pushups on the stairsteps on an incline, too, China.

          As soon as I can whittle this inch of flab off my arms that is hiding my regrowing muscles, I think they might look pretty danged good, LOL!
