      Wow my post did not show up - probably becasue I forgot to post it.
      I did more yoga yesterday and then one class at lunch today and some lifting early this morning and that was all folks!!
      I love my running Mary - I am slow but this is one of the exercises I find enjoyable and that I will stay with - same with yoga I think. Things like strength is more of a chore - so that is why I like this challenge and I also try to mix things up. It is Jillian right now.

                      Today I had two classes, one was total body conditioning-
                      60 minutes, using weights while stretching, lunges, squats, and more, and the 2nd one was a little less difficult, but still very fulfilling--- 45 minutes of weights, bands, concentrating more on flexibility, balance, strength. 105 minutes.

                            I did not exercise wednesday but yesterday I did a couple of yoga classes and today I did lifting and pilates. I had forgotten how tough pilates is.
