      Today I had two classes:
      60 minutes, using weights while stretching, lunges, squats, and more, and the 2nd one was 45 minutes of weights, bands, concentrating more on flexibility, balance, strength. 105 minutes.

          Yoga class this am

          Wondering where to put my Zumba classes, it is part dancing, part aerobic, also stretching and bending while moving...??? I haven't posted it toward any of my challenges since I can't really say it is one type of exercise...what do you think:

            I don't know what that was? !!! You do all that Mary. Looked like fat stuff I was sweaty just watching it. If you want to count it here I do not mind. You can also join the president challenge. It is a good place to hang out too.

            My gym is closed up for a few days. This is a major bummer and yesterday my favourite yoga class got canceled. i have to do my strength at home. Which is OK. I am digging out my bench for some chest flys and stuff tomorrow.
            Yesterday I did a bit of yoga and today I did the trouble zone video (Jillian)

              Didn't that look like fun as well as great exercise???


              That video was from a convention for line dancing.

              You should check if you have Zumba classes near you and try it once.

                It is a community gym and sometimes they arrange events - some kind of event going on this weekend so I am out of luck there. Thought I would go swimming but then that other thing happened. I may try a bit of cross country skiing.
                I think there are zumba classes at some clubs here but not in my gym yet. Maybe I should drop a note in their suggestion box.

                      Well I made my overall goal, but not divided how I wanted. I was going for 320 mins weights/strength and 200 mins stretching. Ended up doing 276 strength and 271 stretching. Not sure if this counts as goal or not Liv! Up to you

                        I went to an extra piloga class JUST so I could make this goal. Thank you ADBB...you guys are truly inspiring and motivating!! Trust me...I had to get up early and everything....I never would have done it otherwise...
