There has been some interest in a challenge based around Jillian Michael's exercise DVD The 30 Day Shred.

Many of us have found it is a great programme and would like a challenge around it. It has three levels, which become more difficult.
This challenge will run until the END OF MARCH. How you work in the programme is up to you. You might want to do any of the following:
- do the challenge roughly every other day throughout (this would be about 45 times total)
- do the challenge 10 times a month (maybe one level per month) to total 30 days over the duration of the challenge
- commit to do work up the levels
- I tried to do 30 days in a row in December and found it too taxing combined with other exercise commitments. You can try it, but I wouldn't recommend it - I personally think rest days are needed
- or feel free to come up with your own goal.
BUT as a minimum you need to do the exercise DVD 30 times by the end of March to earn the award.
As this is a late starter any time you have down the Shred since the start of January count towards your total.
So to earn your award:
- sign up here by January 9th
- commit to do the shred DVD at least 30 times by the end of MARCH
- report once a week
AND
- You DO NOT have to submit before and after photos or measurements but you can share if you want to.
This is a long-term exercise challenge so please think about what is a sustainable goal for you.
