      Well done everyone - keep it up! I am very pleased ot have an indoor exericise option - no running outside and no transport dramas!

          hi everyone, i am just back from holidays. i am happy to see that our idea was used .thanks alexa. can i join from 18th onwards. till march .

                    Confession time! Today I started the shred level one and then had to quit! I had such achey arms and legs from kickboxing yesterday I thought I needed to leave out the resistence. So not counting that one - did the first portion.

                              I do not like Lunges - I will never like lunges - they are worse when you have to do them with bicep curls. OK glad I got that out. I did another level one today. Got through it.
