    Welcome Summer

    I haven't tried L3 yet Liv - have that joy still to come.

    Sorry I haven't been around - I have had a family situation to deal with and been away. Should be shredding again by the weekend.

      It is very quiet around here! Get busy shredding people! I am bakc from the family drama and have shredded twice. Am behind, bu still got my eyes on goal.

          Hi Alexa and Friends,

          I can not keep up with this right now, it is too hard on my left knee. I am usually not a quitter--but I think I just bit off more than I can chew...
          Sorry, but I am still cheering for the rest of you!!!


          I can't even keep up with getting up and down to do the floor exercises and up again...

          The knee can only tolerate certain things that I have found I am capable of, and right now this Challenge/DVD isn't it!!!

                  What's funny is I can do things that are actually more aerobic and more moving around such as the Zumba and bellydance, but there are too many lunges in the shred and it's funny how you have to keep getting up and down to do the floor mat stuff---It takes me a while , and pain, to get up and and down off the floor. And again...lots of pain. So then I can't keep up with what's going, and then the lunges and the jumping jacks, even if I modify them, I really have to watch what I can and can't do with that knee.

                      I did two again. No modifications today. Thought my arms and shoulders were rested enough to be able to deal with level two. And I did OK. A few more like that and I will be ready to try level 3 soon
