    Unfortunately I haven't been able to do exercise for a while. I have been injured I am going to a chiropractor tomorrow.

                  I'll definitely be on a 2-week hiatus. I just don't see how I'm going to get any time in with Jillian with all these family members in my house! However, I'm going to go running, and maybe get some time on the elliptical to keep my sanity...

                              Another double shred yesterday and I was still sore but I think it went better. Very shoulder tiring but maybe I'll work up some strength in that area.
