            Nice work ladies. I did some lifting and pilates yesterday. And some playing around with my pilates band during all those hours of Olympic watching (but not counting that) And today I did an hour of yoga.

                    Hi K- It is really a combo DVD, one part is pilates/yoga.

                    It has 5 parts I think, it is an old DVD from WW.

                    I have yet to find a DVD that is a simple basic instructional.

                    I have wasted so much money on what I thought were DVD's about lifting weight, and they turned out to be lifting plus jumping all over on steps, and nutty aerobic steps at the same time, and all kinds of crazy stuff. Where is a simple DVD that just explains a few things, and points out proper form, and the best schedule to follow, etc???!!!???
