      You're Welcome-Sure Liv, since it looked like it was just the 5 of us, figured I would slap a list together for you.

      I am not going to the other classes for a while, just using the club for the elliptical. I didn't sign up for the next session of classes (one price - go to all you want) because I was supposed to go to Calif, and I canceled the trip to get more done in the house here, and so since it is the middle of the session, I would be paying full price for like only 1/2 the time. I have enough exercise DVD's to do at home.

                    Lifted today.
                    I am stronger. I can feel. Particularly upper body strength. I can tell by how long I whole a bent forearm plank now.

                            Well my hubby do not care for my exercise unless it is to watch me bend and sweat. haha. So that is a good thing.
