          So today I did 20 minutes of shred and additional half an hour of lifting. Some of that was working the strength machines at gym. I do not often do them but once in awhile I go for it. Oh and then I did the yoga class but I was really tired.

            Really sore today. Especially my shoulders. Probably those machines at the gym. I was doing fewer reps but lots of weights. But I did go to yoga today. It was wonderful.

                              I hope you will like your Jillian Wii barrnone. I love to hear how it is like. I am still on a Jillian break and began my heavy lifting exercises today. Also going to emphasize core. Did do mostly core today but some squats with weights and lunges and stuff. For core I did TaeBo and the 4 of the 10 minute Ab solution thingies. And I was good. Wonder if I can improve my core a bit. It is still one of my weaker areas.
