    I'm 2/4 now .

    It's true that many people who do weight/resistance training consume shakes, and the like, post workout. I couldn't keep up the protein shakes since I started making them with water. My nutritionist reccomended I make them with milk... But that's another story.

        Ok...WOW Muffins...

        Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't we supposed to let our muscles rest sometime...like doing the weight thing every second day?

          My goal is to do 3 workouts per week. I actually bought some aqua barbells for the water and totally did my workout in the pool.

            I'm in for 3 a week. I just saw this challenge, but since I did my upper body routine yesterday I'm counting it. But now I'll switch up to the recommended list.

              Yea but that's more for intense heavy lifting bodybuilders who need rest or else their muscles will not get enough growth. My workouts are more for muscle endurance and I don't lift that much heavy weights - at least not yet!

              If you are lifting your MAX every set with free weights and a spotter, then you should rest.

              I'm far from an expert, I've just read a lot and my boyfriend is pretty sucessfully into strength training so I've learned a lot from him too.

                      Upped my sets to 4 today and the reps to 12 on all 5 exercises. Kept with 12.5lbs for 3 of the exercises but upped my weight to 10lbs instead of 7.5lbs on the other 2.
