  • *May Squat Challenge*

    Welcome to the May Squat Challenge, With Summer just around the corner-->>we all need to get a jump start, it's tough getting back into shape or even staying in shape. Squatting will certainly help get you started in the right direction.

    It's easy : put your name in alphabetical order with the amount of squats you want to do for the month,then each time you come in copy/paste the latest list of names and don't forget to change your numbers.

    char has asked that i kinda watch over things. she is still your fearless leader but has a full plate at the moment.

    i'll keep a separate tally of everyone's progress and will post updates once a week or so. good luck everyone!
