a suggestion?????? perhaps you can have a new thread everyday so the thread does not get so long??????????Or just have a like sign in at the end of the week or starting on monday ... each person keep track of how far they have gone for the week and then on monday everyone add the totals together.....
then have a main thread that keeps the running totals for each week... not each day

Maybe, until we get the entry sheet in,..We can post a new topic under exercise and put something like "laura's run" and then I add my replies with my totals,..*shrug* So,..tom would have a topic,..Erik and Christie would too,..and so on,..
