Yesterday I managed to run .5 miles and walked .6 (alternating laps) - working on it daily now I *will* run a mile straight before this summer is over!
Friday I slacked! Not really though...spent the day packing my apartment and carrying tons of boxes up down the stairs! I knew I would not be able to do my usual walk/jog so I put the mile counter on first thing in the morning just as to get an idea of how much up and down the stairs I would do....OMG over 5 miles before I finished at around 11:45pm! THANK GOSH it's Saturday. I woke up early as I have so much to unload now. Took the dog around the lake here and back...it calculated about 2 miles.
OK I didn't walk or run today but did play doubles tennis for over 3 hours! Feeling a bit guilty about not hitting the gym for 2 days though. I can't wait to finally be unpacked from my move!
