I did Ramp it Up tonight, skipped the abs and yoga, and did Si6pack and SiL instead. I hadn't tried Si6p in a couple of weeks. It's so great to see that I can do the whole thing now! Better than Greg, that's for sure!
I got my BIU tape in the mail, YEAH! According to the calendar that came with my SIU and RIU tapes, though, I need to do RIU for another week, so I'm going to do that. I'm still getting stronger at RIU every time I do it, so I don't feel a need to move on quite yet.
Kim - The first time I saw "Si6ers" in your post, I thought it said "Sisters." I think that's right, though. We are all sisters in pain!

Kim- I sure hope you're feeling better. Being sick during this challenge sucks!!! I'm still trying to catch up and I'm still not 100%. :hugs

Look at us!! Seriously. We're doing incredibly well! I think we should do another roll-call though and see who's still with us and who's where so far as workouts completed. That might be the kick in the pants some of us need for a little extra motivation and be encouraging to the whole lot of us!
I picked up a couple more tips off BeachBody's site - I have a MyBeachBody membership - and that's where I've been pulling some of the stuff I have. I hope you all find them helpful, even if just a little bit or find the affirmations of what you're already doing encouraging. If not, tell me to shut up!
I knocked out BIU and 6pack - 70 minutes in total. I did 6pack before I laid down this morning and I forgot to trip my HR moniter for it. BIU was 620 calories burned and my heart rate topped out at a whopping 188! Ugh!! I had to back way down for a couple of minutes. It just totally got away from me and boy was I suckin' air!
I'm feeling tighter though - about everywhere. Feeling tighter and stronger and I'm loving it.
I'm going to get more pictures taken this weekend to see if I can see any of the changes I feel. I also need to update my melting page. I'm WAY down from the 10/18 picture! hehehehehe
RIU complete for today. I actually thought about going back to bed for another hour and calling this a rest day, but then I would have to face all of you and hang my head in shame. Tomorrow is my official rest day.
