Wanna: Welcome! Did you try Si6?

LawyerChick: I am in awe of you. Exercising is hard enough without being outnumbered by little people. I had two kids in 12 months and it was like having twins. They ran me ragged and I never would've been able to do Si6. I never had a moment to myself. You must be very organized to tackle so many different things.

Brook: I hope you feel better soon.

Tonight is picture night. Egads! I will have to figure out how to post them. I am computer illiterate so it will take me awhile to figure out what to do.

Ok, I did Ramp It Up. That was a good workout. The leg work on the floor killed me. I think I need a softer mat.

I found it to be a lot like the aerobics classes I used to teach many years ago...before they became all fancy with the step and the dumb bell weights.

Are you talking about your knee hurting during the leg kicks?

And the RIU asscrampers are nothing on comparison to the BIU set.

I found that the the leg that was on the ground hurt a lot more than the leg in the air doing the exercise....I guess that's understandable since I have 197 lbs to hold up on that leg.

Shelly, the knee that's on the ground was hurting because my mat isn't soft enough and I'm heavy.

So the BIU set is longer? Or harder exercises?
