    I think the 21% is totally doable! Keep up with these (or this type of workout and weights) you'll be there in no time.

      I'll keep shooting for 21%, but I'm going to keep an eye on it as I move down. As my husband politely pointed out, I have _a lot_ of boddy fat in my (ahem!) knockers, so I'm not sure how that plays into what my final figure should be.

      In other news, I just tried out yoga booty ballet for the first time. I went easy (skipped most of the yoga and didn't use the weights during the cardio) so I wouldn't kill myself. It wasn't as bad as I initially thought it would be after just watching the tape through, though.

      I also won my pilates tape auction, so I am going to be an exercise machine!

        LOL...your DH is a funny guy! And at least now you have a baseline body fat percentage, and you can follow the change as you progress!

        Good for you on getting in the yoga! whoohoo! And the pilates tape too. Which pilates did you get?

          I wouldn't worry about body fat. All the calculations and scales are different. Unless you do the water immersion thing I don't think you'll get an accurate percentage. Oh and 26% sounds great to me too.

          Lawyerchick...I was working out with you guys mentally while I was waiting for my dvd's to arrive so when I finally got them I was pretty much warmed up and ready to go.

          You guys are doing so great! This was such a good idea. Thanks Brook.

            Wanna, hmm. . . . mental workouts . . . . I gotta give that a try . . . .

            Sheshy, I found the Pilates for Dummies tape 2big recommended really cheap. The Winsor tapes were pricier, so I'll try this one out first when I get it and expand my selection later if I like it.

                Ramp It Up completed for today.

                Went to start Christmas shopping today and just had to try on a pair of jeans a size smaller than I had on...they fit! Had to buy them! I've gone down 7 sizes since starting Atkins on April 5, 2005! This challenge has helped me go down another size in just a short amount of time.

                        Ok guys, I'm back from my weekend getaway, and I'm thrilled to report that I was able to continue to Ramp it Up both Friday and Saturday I was walking for over 2 1/2 hours. DH brought along his laptop, and I was able to play the DVD on it, and work out. I felt so good to be able to do so. Today was a driving day, and decided to take it as a rest day. Well tomorrow it's back to the grill again!

                              Cruiser-The laptop was a great idea for you to keep up with your workouts.


                              RIU completed this morning. I don't like getting up between 3:30 & 4:00 but it sure feels great to have my workout completed before I leave for work. The day can fall apart but my exercise is done.

                                Hey, Val: I start at 4:30 each morning, so I guess we are sort of workout buddies! I don't think that I could get up at 4:00, even though that is only 30 minutes earlier. I used to get up at 6:00 each morning, so this has been a big switch!
