        Thanks Barb and Shelly! You two are part of the reason I'm increasing my weights and have motivated me to work harder to get stronger.

        This morning I was preparing for my @$$crampers and for some reason it struck me that I actually ENJOY this workout. I never would've said that two weeks ago.

          Yeah.. I was tempted to not do the workout this morning, but hey, the cardio is only 20 minutes long. If I can do that, I might as well do the rest of it.

              Today wasnt quite as bad as yesterday, and I always feel better and

              rejuvinated (sp?) after I am finished. See you all tomorrow, have a

                  The lunges are the part that I absolutely hate, hate, hate! I still have to do alternating lunges and I do not do the part where you press down. Instead, I just continue doing alternating lunges. Next week is my week 2 with RIU, so I will try to do the unmodified addition.

                      i havent been checking in and ranting like i used to do so i thought i'd check in.
                      Since this has started i've done atleast ramp it up everday. Alot of days i've done siu, riu and s&l and s&6. So I went through the 6WEC and posted ramp it up for everyday. LOL>

                      Just wanted ya'll to know that i've been doing it everyday but havent had much time to post. Hope everyone is doing wonderful!

                        I did finish this morning... however, unlike many of you I am getting more tired and more tired of this workout!!! I dread it most days... I think I am going to keep doing the challenge, but make sure I add a little more variety in.(alternating different workouts with RIU)

                          Ramp It Up completed for today. The rest yesterday helped a lot.

                          Hey, wannabethintoo, I figured out how to post a pic! Thank you for suggesting the ADBB gallery. So I thought I'd post a pic of a before and during of sorts.

                          The bottom jeans are the jeans that I was wearing before I started Atkins. They are a size 22-24W. The jeans on the top are my during. They are a size 12P. I actually just went down another size to a 10P last week!

                            I hear ya and I haven't done that many sessions yet. I'm going to try it with some of my aerobics music that I used when I taught aerobics. The only problem is that the moves might not be in synch with the beat of the music. I think that's what is lacking big time in these workouts....good music.

                                Finished BIU minus the abs and cooldown section, did 6 pack and Slim in Limber.
