I'm still pluggin away jimmie, I've upped my runs to about 30 mins a day, and still doing 15 mins stairmaster, hoping to up that to 20 next week.
Still going to the gym too, 3/4 days a week. Though I'm still up a few lbs, they just don't seem to want to leave no matter what i do. Haven't weighed in 6 weeks, but i can tell there's been no change by my clothes.
