    I'm still pluggin away jimmie, I've upped my runs to about 30 mins a day, and still doing 15 mins stairmaster, hoping to up that to 20 next week.

    Still going to the gym too, 3/4 days a week. Though I'm still up a few lbs, they just don't seem to want to leave no matter what i do. Haven't weighed in 6 weeks, but i can tell there's been no change by my clothes.

      yep oh and the goalies need a big wooo hooo for JIMMIE JO going silver

      doing well with my HIIT and my lifting and ball pushups and cardio and even had time to play in the garden today. the dang deer got over the 8 foot fense in the back and ate till they wwere content grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

        do the deer get into your veggies 2big? I planted zucchini and pumpkin last year up at the cottage and they stayed away from them, this year i was thinking of taking a chance on cherry tomatos, and maybe some sunflowers..though i'm kind of worried about bears likeing tomatos as well. would deer eat tomato do you think? OK that's a littl o/t in the exercise forum i guess lol.

          good to see you guys checking in.

          sadiejen i don't knoe what it is about those pounds. just a couple of them but they sure don't want to stay gone. i am usually 123 to 125 any day of the week. goale was 120 so i am in the 5 pound range dr. a spoke about. my clothes are good. jack is saying my butt is getting bonyier. lol maybe that's the stair climbing. i feel a difference in my legs but that might be wishful thinking. i want to get a couple more of the virtual buildings out of the way and then i'll measure. maybe i'll be pleasingly surprised!

          thanks for the big whoo hoo! that silver took me exactly to the day 9 months to get. i figure gold will be sometime toward the end of 2007.

            Hi i am in
            but i could never complete the challenge i signed in to..i am a failure of 6 weeks challenge,then i couldnt do bigs treadmill treakkies..then i signed up for cool running started by betty
            and now i am here..i know i am not good at keeping up the commitments,its just in natural,i am very careless..i hope i will do it with u guys this time

              welcome to our world sadie! i am really glad to see you here.

              what is it you like to do? do you have stairs in your home? sal, sadiejen and i are all working on the pledging flights challenge. 2big has a bit of a bad knee thing going on so she just cheers us on from the sidelines.

              maybe you should run one day, do weights the next, concentrate on flights on another.

              tell us what you like to do. where pretty good at coming up with challenges!

                    good deal sadie! if you have steps handy at the house, then you can do the stair climb challenge with us? won't you give it a try? i'm working on goal graphic that promises to be really cool!

                      deer will bite anything it seems to taste them and even if they don't like tomato A they will bite tomato B but only when they are red. thery love okra leaves grrrrrrrrrrrrr they ate some endangered wildflowers too. I'm just amazed the deer jumped the fence ate and jumped back out with all the blooming free food outside the fence.

                      I ran off this morning to the gym and hid in the free weights> I didn't want to come home.
                      Guess what the other gym that didn't have a pool is now going to move to a new building and will have 2 pools one jr olympic and one therapy pool and I can get a senior citizen memebership for Mother and let her swim in the therapy pool if they think she is competent enough to use the pool and if not then if somebody is hired to watch her or exercise her like a personal trainer she can use it while I workout

                        2big! didn't you even notice that sadie@136 came in? i thought for sure you would give her 101 tips for motivation and 1001 ideas! you're slacking off, girl! lol

                        who stays with your mom when you go to the gym? do you have a service that comes or a "mom sitter"?

                          But she already told you she didn't do good in my treadmill treckie so what do you want me to do, chase her out of here too? I'll just ignore her now and no pressure from anybody to preform exercise is the new tactic. lets see if it works. it it doesn't then we can lock her out of ADBB for howevery many days she doesn't workout maybe????? think that might work/

                            well i try to keep up wih my commitmenst abut i know i dont perform well under stress thats why i could never complete six weeks challenge
                            i am the type of person who either wants to do it at its best or nothing a at all
                            i dont forgive myself for little mistakes i make
                            if i cheat once in the day i will cheat the whole day,..
                            so if i am slug a day in six wks challenge i will be slugged for ever
                            i will try to meet the standards this time around i sincerely will
