Re: The Goalie's Challenge Exercise Thread
2Big, I actually did go to the Dr. last time my knee went out (was actually from a fall while running that time) and he told me to keep my eye on it, ice it, and try to keep it elevated and rested. Which can be hard to do!
I haven't run all week, or done anything like squats etc that could bother it, and I've kept a tension support on it that seems to really have helped. I was thinking yesterday..that last thursday I had also gone to a work function in heels, something I hadn't worn for a while. I wonder if that didn't help either! Next time i'll try wearing ones that aren't quite so high.
so bad exercise week for me alltogether. My knee though is far better now..but i'm not pusing it, i figured i'd give it one whole week of rest and keeping the support on it even if it feels better.

and did some extra abs but am paying for that with randon "cans" in the 6 pack cramping this morning.

. I'll have to stick with my 20 min pilates for now...60 mins of yoga and 30 mins of running is too much during my work day..i'm just waaaay too busy.
And i'm really bad at getting my exercise in a t night..
