Re: Sarah's Bodybuilding 101 for week of March 6th
As for your HR range everyone is sooo different I tend to be a bit higher then normal you know if you feel good doing it I don't see a problem if your HR is higher if you get palpitations and feel chest pains or winded then it's too much also dizziness is a good sign you are overdooing it.
As for weight I would ahve a set of Dumbells the Quick adjust ones are awesome highly recommended mine go from 5 lbs to 25 lbs, or you can go from 5 to 25 in the Hand weights or Just get the ones with Plates a little more screwing around but they are good. A Barbell is also really good to have, it would be good if you could have enough weight to go up to at least 100 LBS cause your legs are very strong. If not go to 50 lbs for now and buy more as you need them.
At home I have a decline bench adn also a flat weight bench I also have a universal gym. I need to buy more plates for my legs though so I use my Universal mostly for that.
I sure hope that helps you girl.

I am very excited about starting I have free weights, bench and a treadmill and I am also a member of a gym; so getting access to equipment is no problem. so could someone please tell me what i need to do or where to find more detailed instructions., i.e how long to do cardio--and type of equipment to use. i am so excited. i really want to loose weight. And one other thing==how many grams of carb can i safety work out on.without getting tired or inferring with weight loss.
