You can have a lot of fun with a stability ball. Although it is helpful to watch (ahem!) a video, so you get ideas for what to do and know what the form should look like. Mine came with some pictures on the box that showed at least a few ballercises, though: One legged squats, situps, lean backs, leg lifts, push ups . . .

Well there's something in between THAT and what you're doing now. It's not "all or nothing" you know....look who's talking...the queen of all or nothing herself.

thank you ..I actually was thinking of a stability ball instead of a computer chair as a start....it is a possiblity I am fidgity enough that it could be a work out staying on it!!!!
