    I just finished running Holly what a most excellent run I was really full of energy HMMM weird must have been the sleep I got. I did 6.05 miles in 60 minutes that's 10 minute miles all the way along Holly crap my legs are on fire but, my breathing was awesome and my legs felt good YAY me.

        No I'm not this is normal for me if I don't do this I lose nothing something about my Thyroid I really have to Push to lose weight I wish it was a lot more easy for me but, it's not so the exercise I do is necessity to lose weight. You are really doing great Jas don't compair yourself to me I am a slight bit Psychotic ROFL.

              Sarah. Do me a favor. Look at your pictures. Take a GOOD HARD LOOK. I mean it, I'm serious. Look at your posture in your before picture. Look at the expression on your face. Look at how you held your entire body, like a woman defeated by life. Now look at you in those jeans and that blue suit. Look at the same things. The look in your eyes, on your face, the way you stand. You aren't even the same woman anymore. The woman in that first photo makes me sad. What brings me joy is seeing the WINNER in those other photos, the woman that no one will ever pass on the street without noticing, and maybe even thinking... I wish I had that spring in my step. You do that for me, I hope you know that. I look at the new you and think, Okay, yeah, she's crazy.. but I wish I walked like her, like my life was my own and I LOVED it. Being able to hold those fists up and pose is something that "before" lady would never have done, I bet. YOU HAVE COME A LONG WAY BABY!

                OH, thanks sooo Very Much Jas. I look at my pics every day and I was sooo very sad in the before pic and it makes me sad to think I let myself down like that. But now I am in control I ahve a hop in my step a swing to my hips and a whole new confidence in me. Thanks for reminding me to look today I have to do it every day to remind myself of where I came from and How I came to be. LOTS OF HARD *** WORK!!!!

                    You will Jas you will, I have no worries about that. Just the confidence in your last pic is really pushing through the in your new pic, you are taller stronger and more confidentand LOOK AT YOURSELF you used to hunch just like me Look how far you have come look at you girl it's only gunna get better as you become more the woman you strive to be you will get there as I will get there and we will appreciate every bit of it cause we have worked for it, we know what it takes to get there those that lose without having to work never appreciate it as much as you or I will and we won't let ourselves go knowing how hard it has been. I know I won't and I am sure you won't either. (((HUGS))

                        Hi everyone,

                        Just checking in. I did 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill yesterday. Haven't started with weights yet, my back went out on me this weekend and I was at the ER most of Sunday. Dr. gave me some meds and told me to take it easy but to continue walking...Hopefully my back will feel better and I can get started. I know that I will definately be using light weights. I do love to come here and read it really keeps me going--especially your pics Sarah--they are awesome.

                          Thank you sooo much, when you feel better and feel you are able to handle it I am gunna set you up with some exercises that specifically target your back and abs cause you need to strengthen that area if you are having Back Problems they will be done without weights but, they will help immencely on your stability and back pain. Do you have an exercise ball it's a great thing to have and some of the back exercises are better done on a ball.

                          I sure hope you back heals really quickly and you can get back to it girl, my I am sending you healing Vibes.

                            Hi girls! I didn't take Sunday off so today was my day to rest. 12 hour shift last night turned into 16 before I crawled to bed so I am gonna forgive myself and that's that. On my lunch break tonight, I am going to do upper body. Got my weight set in the car! Now the guys have to smell my George Foreman grill and see me lugging dumbells. I am locking the door so the pervs can't see me workout! I'll post afterwards if I still have time left!

                              LOL great Job taking your Bars to work HE HE, Ya men are perves and kinda get off on sweaty women Hey I know we should take a nastie pic of when we are all sweaty and gross and post what we look like after we work out today would ahve been a good one for that I was dripping stinky and sore and I think I was most likely slouching cause I thought I was gunna fall over from the workouts I had today OH MY!!!
