    LOL, I read while I was on the gazelle, wasn't a cardio night, so i went slow, just trying to work my legs some. I read a good book while I was on it, wasn't as bad as usual!

      Nothing wrong with that Jas, it's good to do stuff to shake it up a bit. I didn't get to run like I wanted I had way too much to do today I guess my Job as a MOMMY and Hairdresser and Painter got in the way today but, I plan on a run tomorrow.

        What I need is a good book every time I get on that awful Gazelle! Library, here I come! (once i finish the one i'm reading)

          Ok haven't started lifting yet but working on figuring what to do when and with what...I did some tough ball exercises I found on one of those links the other day...OWWW those are tough.

            Ok I have to tell you evertyyone I am extremely sore from my arms to my legs to everrywhere I knew my abs would be sore today and you can see how much your abs are linked to everything whe tou work em OMgosh I am an aching Wreck today may just be a reast day casue Holly cow I am a hurting Unit that's for sure.

              Morning you aching mass of flesh! I know you must really be hurting if you're taking a rest day, so it's a great idea! Give those muscles time to recuperate from that awesome workout!

                YA I have to run 12 tomorrow so it's best I take the rest day today so I am strong for tomorrow.

                Yup just moving is achey SO I am not doing much today LOL.

                      I ran for 1 hour 40 minutes went 8.25 miles I didn't do 12 cause I can't fit it in today so this will ahve to be good. I also did intervals the entire time 2 minutes at 5MPH and 30 seconds at 7 MPH it was really hard the last 30 minutes I was Pooped.
