Yes... count me in for June for no caffeine. And hopefully longer... I really want to get rid of it completely. My doctor's been on me about it before. Speaking of that... I can't wait to get back to see him. I've lost 20 pounds since he saw me last, he's going to be proud!

i try to hit this thread everyday. lauren will most likely hit it in the evenings. freckles update: she is bush with travel plans and has really limited time, but she is on track and doing good.

if nothing else we are losing the caffeine and that is a good things. weight loss will come in time.

i hit 122 for a couple of days and now i have to wonder what did that. not eating chocolate ice cream? i would perfer to think the ease of not so much stress and the exercise every day.

i feel sooo alone here.
i have requested from the breyers people why they won't tell the caffeine numbers for the chocolate ice cream. waiting for a reply.
this has peaked my interest now and i really want to know what the deal is with them. i'll report anything i get.

decaf only for me. my sister offered half caf yesterday and i settled for water. and let me tell you, her water ain't that great.

I am with you in the battle! Decaf and decaf tea only for me too!!! We can do it (and btw I cut the coffe and no more cigarette cravings! Can U believe that?)

Still no caffeine for me. I get real cravings for soda, but I'm staying away from it. I almost stopped to get a Diet Rite on the way to work this morning but talked myself out of it. I don't "need" it, and I stuck with the water. Four glasses so far this morning.

good girl christy! i think the reading thread is going to help alot of soda drinkers. if nothing else, they will be better informed.

water is best and good for you for passing up the diet rite!

I did not try really hard, one day I stopped drinking caffeine but continued smoking and ran out of cigarettes, guess what? I haven't touched one since May 20th. No cravings, nothing.

that's really good carol! jack quit just like that. he smoked his last one from the last pack and that was it. he has been smoke free since sept 2000.

wow my respects! And there is so many options that are caffeine free and they are good (like vanilla tea I love it), so if I dont get caffeine most likely wont smoke

we have gone through a weekend and i am wondering how everyone is holding out.

jack is helping by eating my carb smart chocolate. lol the only caffeine i've had is the amount in decaf.

One of the bad bad things I ate was chocolate... .

So I guess there was some caffeine... but as I confessed on my journal, I cheated, I've dusted myself off, and I'm back on track!
