    Good morning everyone

    Yep. I'm switching my hours around and I've already got the first workout of my day in. I'll be following it up with at least one more, if not two more yet today!

        Flying to Colorado tomorrow!!!!! Beyond excited.

          Rained out so call it a Rest Day for me.

                Rode my bike to Walmart.

                That should give me enough brownie points for the day, just because I made it back home without dieing. It was a 50 min ride by the way....it took me that long to go up the hill to come home.

                  Walked at the mall 2 miles burning 671 calories then went to Curves and did circuit training for 35 minutes and burned 499 calories. Boy was I tired.
