    30 minutes on the treadmill, at an incline of 3, with some running in between there. (!!!)

    strength training for 10 minutes.

      HEY EVERYBODY!! I'M HERE!!!

      My comp crashed, but I got a friends laptop, so here I am!!

      I don't remember when I last posted, but I have been exercising every single day except yesterday..ablounge exercise and 40 minutes walking!!!! I love to move. It feels so great!

      I HAD to rest yesterday. I was so happy to walk today that I went fromm 1 and 1/2 mile to 3 miles!!! It felt so wonderful to feel my legs burning. I worked through it and I am PUMPED!!!

      So all exercise days for me and a rest day yesterday!!! Thanks so much for letting me be a part of this!!
