100 jumping jacks on the tramp.
100 Giant jogging (knees high)
100 leg curls with back up a bit
200 sit ups
50 situps while tapping heals on tramp.
65 minutes on the treadmill for a total of 4 miles. I was going to do some light weights but after folding five loads of laundry I was too pooped to peep.

I found a work out I can do it is belly dancing! my body is sore but not in pain, and so I am the newest dancing Atkins girl at class LOL. I only did thirty min of an hour work out but I think by week three I will make the whole hr (fingers crossed) Crunchie
