      15 minute upper body workout
      100 jumping jacks on the tramp.
      100 Giant jogging (knees high)
      100 leg curls with back up a bit
      200 sit ups
      50 situps while tapping heals on tramp.

        65 minutes on the treadmill for a total of 4 miles. I was going to do some light weights but after folding five loads of laundry I was too pooped to peep.

            20 minutes on Schwinn Aerodyne. This machine kicks my ***

            40 minutes cussing & cleaning up the clogged trap in the sink. Now I have to go to the hardware store to fix it correctly. I need to live in a hotel.

                  I found a work out I can do it is belly dancing! my body is sore but not in pain, and so I am the newest dancing Atkins girl at class LOL.
                  I only did thirty min of an hour work out but I think by week three I will make the whole hr (fingers crossed) Crunchie

                            ran 5 k on treadmill in one of my quickest ever times - 26 mins 57 secs

                            I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
