    50 minutes jogging, dancing, bouncing on the trampoline, singing too but i donno if that counts. 15 minutes on ball (pushups, crunches, tight, arms and bum toning:P)

        Rest day. Waaah! I really wanted to do something but we had a wrestling meet tonight. I hope things settle down tomorrow so I can have some "me" time.

            Went to the fitness center and spent 40 min working my way around the machines. Wow.

              (these weights are the levels on the machine, don't know if they are kgs or what - will ask PT next Saturday)

                            I have been unable to log in due to sick baby... I squeezed in 30 min cardio today... miss my pilates and aerobics... but baby comes first!
