HAHA.. the exercise really isn't a problem for me anymore. Monday thru Friday I usually do 1 hour on the treadmill but have cut it back to 30 minutes. Saturday and Sunday I'm in the gym at least 1 hour usually no more than 1 1/2 hours. And not a person that stands around and socializes for that hour either lol..there are some that do.

and it really doesn't matter what you do for this challenge as long as you are active and moving.
