                this is one busy challenge! i'm very proud to be among this group!

                myjack has feel off to sleep. i'll post for him [he's my dh in case you didn't know]

                            20 minute turbo jam workout , 100 crunches, 50 situps with medicine ball , 15 minutes on the stability ball Not to bad can't wait to work out tomorrow 2
