                            I'm signing up again. Honestly this was the only thing that kept me going.

                            3 days a week lifting weights and 1 of those days will include HIIT.

                                I am in again, Jo.

                                This time I will aim for 5/7 exercising days and try to get some more walking in or home exercising on the days I dont get to the gym.
