    I have an hour and a half of skating under my belt so far this week.

    mg 1 - 227 - met!

        ok this sucks. ive really never taped myself so i was surprised to see the numbers this morning... booo!
        after my breakfast digests im going to run my butt off (and hopefully my hips and stomach!!) for 30 min and then pump some iron and do pushups.
        o btw i measured in cm
        arms-35.1
        upper chest-105.5
        full chest-109.1
        ribs-94
        stomach-113.3
        hips-113
        legs-66.8

        130-(award: day at the spa)
        GW125-(award: romantic weekend away with my husband)

        Mini goal: 25 lbs by Oct 1st

            So i think i posted to sign up on the wrong thread lol... so anyways if its not to late can i sign up ... i loved doing the last challenge 6 days a week this time

              it's fine, what's one more........... oh yeah that would mean tweeking the charts again.

              make sure you post your exercise for this week in the appropriate threads so i can post the update in the morning.
