    Started Atkins 7/5/2008 for the second time

    First mini-goal: 180 lbs. met 8/9/2008
    Second mini-goal: 170 lbs. met 11/8/2008
    Third mini goal: 160 lbs. (which was my postpartum weight with my second baby)
    Fourth mini goal: 150 lbs.
    Ultimate goal: 140 lbs

      -Fullest part of chest: 49"
      -Ribcage: 44"
      -Waist: 50"
      -Hips: 53"

      -Thigh x 2: 18
      -Weight: 323 lbs.

                    I plan to walk 2 miles 4 days a week and water aerobics 1 hour 15 minutes 3 days a week. I'll work at doing 10 minutes of weight training 3 days a week.

                        I'm looking forward to participating. I plan on exercising 4 days a week. Walk 2 miles 3 days and run one day, water aerobics 1 1/4 hours 3-4 days a week, and weight training 10 minutes 2 days a week (yech - on weight training).
