basically, all the info you need to know are in the rules thread. the link to that is posted in the first post. i could repeat it all but that would be a bit of overkill. the one thing you will need to do, if you want to be in the running for one of te ribbons, is to post your measurements [or jot them down somewhere so you have access to them at the end of the 6 weeks] the places you need to measure are posted in the rules thread too.
i'm glad you came to join us and kudos for exercising so much!

I am in for 4 days a week. I don't need to post my measurements?
welcome to the challenge!
you don't need to post them if you feel uncomfortable doing it.
if you want to try for a ribbon you will have to either post them here in this thread OR you can make note of them in a handwritten journal or something at your home so you will have your beginning numbers at the end of the 6 weeks.
if you don't want to try for a ribbon, you don't need to measure at all but you might the numbers anyway because many challengers see dramatic differences at the end of the 6 weeks.

Well..I give it a try as well.. Count me in for 3 days per week.
Its been a long time since I remember myself exersising..
Will do mostly walking and stuff like abs and push-ups (and I already feel cold sweat dripping..)
Bring it on!!
we are getting quite a group this time around!
i believe i'll be doing no less than 3 charts so be patient if you don't get an update each and every morning.
I am in again, bumping it up to 5 days this time. In addition, I have my own personal expectation that at least 4 days are spent in the gym with 2 days minimum lifting weights. I want to really push myself. I know I can get so much out of running and strength training, as opposed to a leisurely walk. Of course I will do those occasionally too, but I want to really try to make them hard, intense workouts!!
