40 minutes of Elliptical. Even though I feel like crap from this head-cold, and TOM came too, oh well I had to push myself and get it done with. I'm glad I did.{100% Female/30/5'6"}

Continuing my gyms challenge.
5 minutes warm up on bike
20 chin ups
15 dips
2 k stationary bike
50 lower body reps
climbed 75 floors on step machine
50 upper body reps
50 lower body reps
3 minute cooling down and some stretching.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
