                40 minutes of Elliptical. Even though I feel like crap from this head-cold, and TOM came too, oh well I had to push myself and get it done with. I'm glad I did.

                      5 minutes warm up on bike
                      20 chin ups
                      15 dips
                      2 k stationary bike
                      50 lower body reps
                      climbed 75 floors on step machine
                      50 upper body reps
                      50 lower body reps

                      3 minute cooling down and some stretching.
