      Can I join, too? I didn't do very well on this last one. So far, no weddings or deaths planned in the next 6 weeks :confused sheesh.....

      I'll plan 3/7 but will try to do more.

      I won't be here the rest of the week. Good timing for starting fresh Monday :guns

                  I AM REARED UP AND READY FOR THIS CHALLENGE!! :joy

                  I'm planning on excercising 7/7 although 2/7 will be more light excercise
                  ...planning on rotating from brisk walks to basketball to dancing to excercise videos to weight lifting to keep it interesting.

                        Guess who???? :wave Yup it's ol' faithful. Would never had stuck it out this long had it not been for all you gals/guys here to keep me on the straight and narrow! Thanks! Going for 5/7.

                          This is my first time entering a challenge... so Okay, for the last 732930273902937263263203 months i have been promising myself i will start exercising because i KNOW that is what works lol..... but as i said in my blog... there are some voices you just ignore lol...well no more!

                          I am going to join the Y on Saturday and start the challenge on Sunday with the goal of working out for the next 6 weeks as follows:

                          Week 1: 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week
                          Week 2: 25 minutes a day 5 days a week
                          Week 3: 30 minutes a day 5 days a week
                          Week 4: 35 minutes a day 5 days a week
                          Week 5: 40 minutes a day 5 days a week
                          Week 6: 45 minutes a day 5 days a week

                          I figure this will be a good way to get back into it... and the challenge will give me the support and accountability i need! lol.

                          I will take my measurements Sunday Morning.

                            Below are my measurements as of today. In the future I will be posting them on Tuesdays (I measure on Mondays).

                            40in-Under arms-around chest
                            47in-fullest part of bust
                            39in-ribcage
                            44in-waist
                            46.5in-hips
                            17in-upper arms
                            28in-thighs
                            234lbs-weight

                            May 18th- I walked 2.5 miles
                            May 17th- I walked 2.5 miles
                            May 16th- I walked 3.5 miles

                              I'm in i'm in...i will exercise 5 days a week for 45 minutes. I would also to do some pilates on the weekends. I will take all of my measurements tonight! This should be fun! Especially since i have never taken my measurements...i wish i had!
