That's a great deal! I'll have to see if we have anything like that around here. How does it taste? Hope it doesn't have sugar in it....

I'm afraid it does, but extremely little. You get 30 vials in a box, so that's 1 vial every day. One time I looked to see if Vitamin Shoppe had it and it does but they charged almost a dollar more. The reason I take it in the evening so I won't have a drop in my blood glucose that I might need to eat (which I don't want to be snacking in the middle of the night). I haven't found a liquid Glucosamine/Chondroitin mixture that doesn't taste bad, but I'm still looking.
      THANK YOU

Yo, Cindy ... I see I have a rival in the Vitamin Popping Arena! I do it 'cos I have no health insurance so I especially do not want to get sick ... I'm still eight years from Medicare

        Here's my regimen:

        Upon Rising:
Stress Tab w/C, chromium, folic acid, acetyl L-carnitine, pantethine, CoQ10, milk thistle, and acidophilus.

        After Breakfast:
Feverfew (to prevent migraines), turmeric (supposed to keep cancer at bay), hawthorn (for the ol' ticker), vitamin E, garlic, liquid calicum/magnesium, salmon oil, and glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM.

        After Lunch:
Multi-vitamin w/o iron (I'm post-menopausal), quercetin and bromelain (during allergy season, anyway), salmon oil, another calcium/magnesium.

        Mid-Afternoon:
Another Stress Tab (I seem to need a lot of B vitamins) and pantethine (to, hopefully, raise my HDL levels).

        After Dinner:
Salmon oil and another calicum/magnesium; sometimes I add a potassium, too, depending on what I've had for veggies during the day.

        Before Bed:
Melatonin, taurine (helps me relax), 250 mg. magesium, and another 50 mg. of CoQ10 (since I'm taking a statin).

Most of this stuff I take in an effort to keep my cholesterol in check (which, left to its own devices, runs over 300) ... hopefully, doing Atkins will be a big help there! And I have quite a bit of arthritis.

If I've eaten fish that day, I cut down on the salmon oil; if I've eaten quite a bit of cheese (not usual), I cut back on the calcium ... in other words, I tweak the supplements according to my daily diet.

If I had to guestimate, I'd say I spend about $50 a month on supplements; I save by ordering a bunch online every 3 mos. or so from Swanson Health Products ... they see an order from me and start to salivate, I'm sure!

My doc is aware of the stuff I take and is cool with it The folic acid and the fish oil were his suggestions, actually.

          Day 25/84

I finally got my computer back and working excellente. My cuzin is good at removing trojans and viruses, me, no way! So now I'm going to be very cautious with exercise videos, especially from YouTube.com even if it has so many so-called wonderful stars. I know a couple of good ones and I'll just stick with them.

Wow, Norah! It's good you keep up with the vitamins and supplements. I'm not crazy taking medications and I hope to get off them by continuiing to consume the vitamins religiously and seek an alternative to either slow down or stop the progression of my rheumatoid arthritis. I do have Medicare with my other insurance which most of my meds are $5. At Wal-Mart you can get them for $4 or 3 months for $10, but I don't use Wal-Mart because they don't have 2 of my medications and I much rather get them at the same store as all my meds.

I've been taking cinnamon (500 mg) for my diabetes along with Alpha Lipoic Acid with Chromium Picolinate and my blood sugar has been stabilizing between 80's - 90's, sometimes late at night it'll drop 50 - 70 points. I was able to take less Glyburide. I much prefer taking vitamins and herbal supplements instead of medications.

And taking 3000 - 5000 mg of Vitamin C, garlic, calcium with Vitamin D, and Vitamin E keeps my immune system strong plus getting a monthly Vitamin B cocktail SHOT ($20) helps me from catching colds or the flu during the winter season.

I spend just about the same but at Vitamin Shoppe store. They always have sales every month whether it's brand names, buy 1 get 1 at 1/2 price, 2 for price of 1 or their store brands with discounts. They usually run the sales the same every 3 months and I know when they will have it.
          THANK YOU

Ya relly gotta respect a good potion, here and there. Especially the love potions! HEHEHEHEH!

LOL - the yohimbe isn't just good for Men, it seems! I've got my doubts though, about how good (real?) some brands' ingredients are, however.

I have had some that really got some core warm-up going.
