Wow looka t all of us go I know what you mena about scales I wish that my Step moms scale was mine cause it's like 5 pounds lighter I would have been 2 pounds away from Onederland.
Just so you all know Yoly and I have started a little challenge between ourselves so we won't be weighing till the 6th of September Oh, it's gunna be hard but,. I know I can do it. I feel skinnier already with the no cream and everything what a great way to start the month. I'm gunna have a great weight loss month I know it with all the exercise and stuff I have been doing it'll be awesome I cna't wait.
So today is my running day I am still stiff from Sunday but, with that I know I did somehting great so I feel good. I did some stretching yesterday following my 1/2 marathon training yesterday was a day off now for the rest of the week I have to go hard.
My sis and I have decided to run the half together next year isn't that exciting I can't wait WOOHOOO. I am pumped now.

I don't know what to do! (What I really want to do is quit, but it's only been 2 days and I would feel like a total loser!)
Does anyone else here manage a full time job and still get in there exercise?
