Michelle - dont worry too much about your fat % being 70% if you are still on induction - as long as it is over 65% it is fine as far as I have read. Mine varies from 65-70 most days.

Good news on the ring getting looser!!

    Hi Collielove :wave
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Collielove HI and welcome to the team :wave

Elizellen I've moved into OWL to have a few more choices but I'm staying at 20 to 25 carbs per day. Thank you for the feedback on the fat % I was a little concerned.

Pesi Wow what a great picture! Thanks for posting it.

            Hello Everyone!
I hope you are all having a wonderful New Year's Eve!
I just had the time to read the entrie thread, and it seems we are a great group to be together.
Dee, I am in the exact boat as you! I started Atkins in June of 2003, lost 70 lbs and have been falling off the WOE for the last several months and have gained about 20lbs back. The good news is I gave all of my fat clothes away and so I better get back in gear to fit in all my new clothes. I told myself I would NEVER buy bigger clothes again, and I plan to keep that promise!
To that end I climbed back on the induction train three days ago and am back in Ketosis and plugging along!
Hopefully we can all encourage each other and educate our newbies!
Think of me tonight, we are going out with friends and they have all chosen the Macaroni Grill! I figure they must have some sort of salad!
To introduce myself, I am a Mom of two children, ages 7 and 11, and have a wonderful husband. I live in Dallas Texas, and work as a scientist and raise Collie dogs.
I hope everyone has a successful Atkins New Years!

The when is the 11th January as Pammie said she would keep adding newbies till the 10th.

I havent read anywhere about where the info is to be posted - maybe she will set up a special thread where we can add the team's figures on Jan 11th?

I suppose it would be a good idea for us to all post our 'pounds to lose' and measurements here on 11th January so someone can collate them and record the totals.

I suggest we all weigh and measure after getting up on the morning of the 11th and add our numbers to this thread.

                Anyone any better ideas?

Also has anyone seen a list of what measurements are needed?

                      Hello Dee :wave

I am on OWL - just started the veggie rung last week (after a year and a bit on induction) and may stick here for a while enjoying the extra helping of different veggies.

This evening we had wooshie pie (hamburger and cheese pie) and I added some chopped up green onions to the cream cheese filling - delish!! With peeled broccoli stalks baked in the oven with a little sesame oil at the same time.

I agree with Elizellen's plan. If everyone posts their measurements and weight on this thread on Jan 11th, I will record them all and keep track of our progress as a team.

                            Hello Everyone.
I hope you are all doing well this AM, and getting your water in!
My plan is to complete a clean two week induction and then move to OWL, being very careful to do it exactly as the book states. I think my problem last time was that I stayed on induction for 8 mos., became bored and started eating the wrong foods.
I agree that posting everything on the 11th is a great idea.
