    Hello Everyone.

    Well school started in earnest this week and I've had a few problems getting adjusted. I teach at the local college any my schedule changes every semester, so I have to get into a new routine as well. Yesterday I jumped of the wagon for a few hours but now I am back on. Water seems to be my key to staying on track so I will just keep on drinking.

    Right now my two shih tzu dogs are begging to go for a walk in the snow. I think I will listen to them and go out for a couple of blocks.

      Tomorrow we each need to post the following information:

      A: Starting weight on Jan 11th
      B: Final Goal weight NOT mini goals or July 1st goal
      C: Subtract B from A to get total pounds to lose

      Measurements:
      Bust:
      Waist:
      Hips:

      If you're like me you might need to use a ribbon or two tape measures taped together to get an accurate measurements.

      If you can't weigh in on the 11th then use your next weigh in instead.

      While we are at it, lets set some life changing goals as well and make some solid plans to achieve them.

      This challenge is perfect for me. DH and I are taking our G'kids to Disneyland the last week of June and I am planning to be a lot skinnier so I can fit on at least a few of the rides.

            Okay here are my stats even though I hated getting on the scale today (TOM ugh!) I was up three pounds since yesterday, but I know its just water and will go away in a week or so.

            Pounds to Loose 70 pounds

            Bust 48
            Waist 46
            Hips 51

              Exercise goal: become fit through daily activity and intense workout 3x weekly

              Emotional goal: stop emotional binges and temper tantrums by keeping blood sugar stable and thinking about others feelings not just mine.

              Life goal: fully adopt this WOE as my WOL

              Committment to team: to stick around and not run away.

              I volunteer as team record keeper. I will post our total weight and inches as soon as everyone checks in.

                Hello everyone :wave

                Here are my details
                Weight : 182.5 pounds (has been for several weeks now :sadblinky )

                Bust : 45" - had to alter the original as I measured at home in an old saggy bra!! This figure was measured by the lady at Evans when I was trying on new ones.
                Waist : 41"
                Hips : 46"

                Goal Weight : 140 pounds

                So : 42.5 pounds to lose

                Having had such a slow loss recently my aim is to get down to goal by Christmas this year.

                I dont really exercise at present due to the life I lead but once my DH has finished our new bathroom I aim to use our static bike every day for at least 20 minutes. It has been up in the attic for many years! Also once he has reassembled my bicycle and the weather improves we intend to go out on our bikes at least once a week.

                  Hi :wave to everyone and glad to be among such wonderful losers

                  bit about me before my stats
                  Im 43yrs old,3 kids and living with my partner (shanti)of 18yrs and live in the uk.
                  I started atkins in march 2004 weighing in at a scary 362lbs but also not doing it by the book till i found ADBB ...just like you elizellen.

                  My starting weight was 312lbs when i joined these boards and im now 7lbs away from losing 50lbs by the book and 100lbs overall.

                  ok enough about me for now
                  heres my details

                  cw 269
                  gw 140
                  pounds to lose 129

                  bust 52"
                  waist 48"
                  hips 58"

                  I will up my walking from 30 mins to 45 mins daily
                  I will continue to drink 140oz water daily
                  I will post here reguarly for support and to be supportive
                  I will see my family as proud of me as i am of myself
                  I will acheive what i set out to do

                            Michele - can you alter my original bust size to what appears now - I measured wearing an old saggy bra so original not correct!!

                            Also I notice some of the other teams have an updated list of their members on the first page of their thread.

                            Could you add the newer members to your first posting so we all know where we can quickly find a list of all members names? I have a shocking memory and would hate to miss anyone out!

                                morning ladies

                                :wave ...are we all motivated today ???

                                Its 9.45am uk time, ive got the kids off to school and its my day off work...ahhhhhh blisssssss.
                                Ive had my brekkie of a 3 egg omlette with peppers and melted cheese on the top,downed 40 0z of water so far and im about to brave the gale force winds we are having here at the moment for my daily walk...its all uphill and the wind will be blowing towards me so i guess theres gonna be some good resistant exercise going on soon lol.
                                I wish everyone a good 'cheatfree' day especially our new girls who have just started on their journey. :hug
