Hi everyone,

Congrats to everyone on their success. I just wanted to report in. I got weighed last night and am down to 268 lbs. That was my goal for this challenge. but I would like to stay in and see how much I can lose by New Years, if it is ok with everyone.

P.S. I had my weigh-in today and gained almost a pound. I was so disappointed and frustrated. I worked SO hard last week... I worked out more than I ever have before and drank more water than ever. I'm trying not to let it get to me. Seeing you guys lose is very encouraging for me.

Don't be discouraged. Have you measured? I'm going to keep asking you this until you tell me YES. Please remember that you're improving your overall health and at first you might gain weight when working out because muscle weighs more than fat. This is a fact. Please don't be down on yourself. You're a wonderful individual and you CAN and you WILL succeed.
