No problem Chick! I should've noticed it in your siggy... 22/23 lbs. gone!

I'm missing my weigh in today because I'm at my parent's house. It'll have to wait another week. *sigh* I'm doing really well on eating though and trying to keep my exercise going even though I don't have access to my gym for 2 weeks. I went on a 2 mile walk with my dad yesterday which was really nice. Hopefully we'll go again today.

If you're on the nut rung, you've got to try this. It's called Nutty Poundcake. It's made with almond flour. I made it tonight. It's delicious. Below is the link and pictures I took of the cake I made. I sliced mine in 8 slices (not 5). My almond flour had no carbs so it was only 2 carbs per slice. I have some almond meal flour that I'll use next time which will bump it to 3 carbs per slice (different brands). I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!!

Good afternoon everyone!! I'm happy to report that I stayed on track and am even down another 1/2 pound (5 pounds below my New Year target weight). I can't wait to get to Onederland (have not been there in years).

We have only a few days left on our challenge (4 minus today). Do you say we propose a new challenge for 2008?

I found the following cheat free banner but not sure if we can use it. Liz, can you make a new one -- CHEAT FREE for a NEW ME in 2008? I'd do it but I've never done it and right now I'm in the process of putting a huge dollhouse together. The one I found below is a 100 day challenge. Let me know your thoughts everyone!! We've done so well...I just want to keep progressing.

A new challenge would be good, but something a little more than just claiming cheat free or not. Challenges like the water challenge get dull when all you do is report ounces every day. What can we do to make it more exciting....or at least not yawn-ful?
